Embracing Duties

1. Handle cash transactions with customers.
2. Scan goods and collect payments.
3. Ensure pricing is correct.
4. Issue change, receipts, etc.
5. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
6. Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
7. Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
8. Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
9. Keep reports of transactions.
10. Answer customers' questions and get a manager if the answer doesn't solve the issue.
11. Bag, box, or wrap packages.
12. Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Essential Criteria

Intermediate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Commerce, Operations management or a related field demonstrating the capacity for the required knowledge.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the retail management
Knowledge of the best practices related to the field.
Ability to keep up with software industry trends and innovation.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
